HZCU has one municipal key of the key labs, Chinese Traditional Medicine Research & Development, six municipal key labs, Open Network Computing, Integrated Information Processing & Control, Drug Information & New Drug Research, Digital City & E-service, Advanced Design & Manufacturing Technology and Business Information Analysis, and four college key labs, High-performance Embedded Computing, Intelligent Systems, Green Electronic Products Research & Development, and Civil Engineering Safety & Environmental Protection.
