Currently, there are almost 40 research institutes in HZCU, including such interdisciplinary research centers as Tourism Development and Legal System Research Center (Hangzhou Philosophy & Social Sciences Key Research Base), Electronic Products Creativity Development Center, Hangzhou Public Management Research Center, etc.
