Active Participation in Night Running of Students from School of Engineering

In order to help students enjoy their physical exercise, invigorate their health, improve their personality and temper their will, School of Engineering of ZUCC plans to launch a series of sports activities and the night running program started on October 10th.

Different from usual night running where only the number of check-ins counts, this year's night running has a requirement for mileage: 130KM for men and 110KM for women every semester. On October 10th, the first night running was conducted by School of Engineering. Within one and a half hours, there were nearly 400 students participating in the night running, ranking first in ZUCC. The School hoped that the students could invigorate their health, temper their will, enjoy the exercise and being healthier after a semester of running.
