ZUCC “Cainiao Yizhan” Sets a New Provincial Benchmark for Campus Smart Logistics Platform

The ZUCC campus logistics quantity has once again set a new record during the “double 11” period of this year, with about 4,000 packages delivered per day on average. Although the number of parcels has soared, the pick-up has been efficient, convenient and orderly this year, which is not like the situation in the past few years, where the parcels were piled up on the busy road on campus, the queuing lengthy and chaotic, which was hard to manage. For this reason, the ZUCC faculty and students praised the “Cainiao Yizhan” express service center newly opened in the south campus.

The newly opened ZUCC “Cainiao Yizhan” express service center has been widely recognized by the faculty and students of ZUCC since its opening in October. The center has a business area of 300 square meters. The first floor is a manual service area and the second floor is an intelligent self-service area. Currently, it can handle 6,000 packages per day. Recently, ZUCC “Cainiao Yizhan” was also rated as the “S1 Pioneer Site in 2019 Fiscal Year”. It has been interviewed by news media such as Zhejiang Satellite TV and Youth Times, and has become a new benchmark for building smart logistics platform in colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province.
