Associate Vice President of University of Nebraska Lincoln in the U.S. Visited ZUCC

On the morning of June 10, 2019, Josh Davis, Associate Vice President of University of Nebraska Lincoln in the U.S., visited ZUCC, and ZUCC Vice President, Zhu Yongping met with the guests. The principals of the International Relations Office, the School of Computer & Computing Science and the School of Engineering attended the meeting.

Josh Davis was appointed as the Associate Vice President of International Relations and Global Strategy at the beginning of this year. It is the first time he has visited ZUCC since he took office. ZUCC Vice President Zhu Yongping welcomed Josh Davis and introduced the school-running condition and the international education features of ZUCC. The two sides expressed the hope to further deepen the cooperative relationship and to transform the existing cooperation model, and discussed the possibility of carrying out Sino-foreign cooperative education programs in the field of engineering.

As the representative of the University of Nebraska Lincoln, Josh Davis attended the 2019 Lincoln Program Student Farewell Party, at which, he expressed warm welcome to and congratulated the 10 students of the Program who are going to the United States to continue their studies this year, hoping that they could forge ahead and rise to challenges in a new environment.
