On the morning of September 6, Mr. Wolfgang Roehrig, Managing Director of OHL Gutermuth Industrial Valves GmbH (hereinafter referred to as OHL), was appointed as Emeritus Professor of Zhejiang University City College and donated 1 million Yuan to set up The OHL Gutermuth Scholarship” to support ZUCC’s talent cultivation work and to commend outstanding students of ZUCC who are fully developed in academic work and comprehensive quality. ZUCC President Wei Wei and Mr. Roehrig signed a scholarship donation agreement. President Wei Wei issued a letter of appointment to Mr. Roehrig and depicted him with the emblem of Zhejiang University City College. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the founding of ZUCC. At this moment of special commemoration, President Wei Wei sincerely thanked Mr. Roehrig for his strong support for the engineering teaching and international teaching of the college, and expressed his hope that the college can take this opportunity to further develop in-depth cooperation with German companies and cultivate more excellent international applied talents.
