On the morning of September 10, ZUCC Vice President Zhang Deping led a team from School of Computer & Computing Science, the Research Office and the Human Resources Office to visit Hangzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau. Zhao Xikai, Director of Hangzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, Xu Changming, Head of the Resource Allocation and Supervision Administration Department, Zheng Yunliang, Head of the High-tech Development and Industrialization Department, Chen Yong, Head of the Science and Technology Cooperation and Achievement Transformation Department, and Office Director Yao Shoukun, received Zhang Deping and his delegation and participated in the seminar.

The two sides exchanged views on how to further strengthen the connection and communication, promote college-enterprise cooperation, facilitate the realization of achievements, and serve the development of local industries. They also reached consensus on joint and in-depth promotion of the establishment of a regular cooperation mechanism in aspects of interaction and exchange of talents between ZUCC and the Bureau, platform building and social services.
