On January 9, Duan Shumin, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and some other big names gathered in the Information Lecture Hall of Zhejiang University City College to discuss on the digital code of Happy City and exchange their views on the innovative significance of city brain. The annual star class themed by “A thinking city makes life better” was co-sponsored by the Propaganda Department of the Hangzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Hangzhou Municipal Data Resources Administration, the Outlook Weekly and Zhejiang University City College.
