On December 25, Zhejiang University City College held an appointment ceremony for Chair Professor Yu Hong. ZUCC Secretary of the Party Committee, Hong Qinghua attended the ceremony. President Luo Weidong issued a letter of appointment to Professor Yu Hong and wore the school badge for her.

Yu Hong is a professor, Ph.D. advisor and director of the Academic Committee of the School of Journalism & Communication of Peking University, as well as a member of the Academic Committee of the Department of Social Sciences of Peking University, and director of the television research center of Peking University. She mainly focuses on the research of audio-visual communication, media culture and media influence, media integration and innovative development.
