After pre-application, municipal recommendation, provincial review and evaluation, online publicity and other procedures, the Hangzhou University Student Entrepreneurship Park (ZUCC Branch) operated by Zhejiang University City College Sci-tech Park was rated as one of the fourth batch of provincial-level entrepreneurial incubation demonstration bases in Zhejiang Province by Zhejiang Province Human Resources and Social Security Department. 

Hangzhou University Student Entrepreneurship Park (ZUCC Branch) is one of the important innovative and entrepreneurial practice platforms under the leadership of ZUCC Sci-tech Park. The current site is located on the first floor of Wenyuan Building. It shares various innovation and entrepreneurship resources with CC DreamWorks Maker-space. It can provide 131 entrepreneurial positions, 20 independent offices, and rich innovative and entrepreneurial platforms such as an entrepreneurial café, an entrepreneurial book bar, a multi-functional meeting room and an entrepreneurial mentor studio.
